Orders

1. How do I place an order?
– Just head on to our online store at ITSLEOSTORE.COM and click on the product you like and is available in your   size, add that to your cart. Thereon, just follow the easy checkout process and soon you’ll be owning a COOL   apparel for yourself.

2. How do I cancel my order?
– To cancel your order, Go to My Account -> Click on Orders Section -> In Actions column Click on Cancel.

Payments

1. How can I pay?
– We accept payments through Online Wallets, Debit/Credit Cards, UPI and payments can also be done through net   banking and bank transfer. We do have Cash On Delivery facility too.

2. Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available?
– Yes we have COD at almost all pin codes in India .

3. Is my Online payment information safe?
– Undoubtedly. We use high class encryption technology to make sure your card information is secure on our   systems.

Returns & Refunds

1. Can I put an exchange request for the product?
– Definitely. You can either opt for a different size of the product or choose a complete different one.

2. How do I place a return request?
– We provide our customers with the option of sending us the product back in case the encounter an issue with our   products. The product can only be returned if the product is unused with all the tags intact and should be sent back   in original packaging. The return request will only be available within 7 days of the product being delivered. For     more  info please check out our Returns Policy.

3. What is the refund policy?
– The amount, excluding the shipping charges would be credited to your LEO Wallet within a week of us receiving   the product back. You can use the wallet balance to purchase anything on our website, within 3 months of refund.

Trial

1. Can I physically check the product before buying?
– Okay! This is something which we are super excited about. We are delighted to announce that we have opened up a physical store in New Delhi, where you can visit us and check out various options available on website for a trial. We’ll be happy to see you there and to show how glad we are, we’d like to give you special discount of Flat 10% on your first purchase.

Shipping

1. How long will it take to receive my order?
– Depending on your location, it can take anywhere from 4-8 business days for your order to be delivered to you successfully.
However, We do have an option of express delivery which would deliver the package to you within 3 working days.

2. Do you guys ship Internationally?
